The phrase "ability for multitasking" is not the most common or natural expression in written English.
It can be used when discussing someone's capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, but "ability to multitask" is more widely accepted.
Example: "Her ability for multitasking allows her to manage several projects at once without losing focus."
Alternatives: "skill in multitasking" or "capability to multitask."
