The phrase "abilities below" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a list or description of skills or competencies that are mentioned later in the text.
Example: "Please review the abilities below to understand the qualifications required for this position."
Alternatives: "skills listed below" or "competencies mentioned below".
