The phrase "aberrations of the system" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe deviations or irregularities within a system, often in a technical or analytical context.
Example: "The recent failures in the software can be attributed to several aberrations of the system that were not previously identified."
Alternatives: "anomalies in the system" or "irregularities of the system".
