The phrase "aberration does not" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing something that deviates from the norm or expected behavior, indicating that such a deviation is not present.
Example: "In this case, the data shows that the aberration does not affect the overall results."
Alternatives: "deviation does not" or "anomaly does not".
