ASCI files were send to McRoberts, among with a list of the order in which abduction and anteflexion were performed, for further analysis using Matlab® and calculating range of motion in degrees of anteflexion, abduction and related rotations using matrix algebra and goniometric operations.
Preceding the actual measurement the Minimod was calibrated for abduction and anteflexion movement.
Active assisted range of motion exercises up to 90° abduction and anteflexion were allowed in the first 6 weeks.
