The phrase "a wrong prediction" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when referring to a forecast or estimation that turned out to be incorrect.
Example: "The weather service issued a warning for rain, but it turned out to be a wrong prediction as the sun shone all day."
Alternatives: "an inaccurate forecast" or "a false prediction."
