The phrase "a wise location" is correct and usable in written English.
You can use it when referring to a place that is considered to be strategically or thoughtfully chosen for a specific purpose.
Example: "Choosing to set up the new office in the city center was a wise location decision, as it provides easy access for clients and employees alike."
Alternatives: "a strategic location" or "a prudent location".
