The phrase "a well located" is not correct in standard written English.
It should be used as "well-located" when describing something that is situated in a good or advantageous position.
Example: "The apartment is well-located near public transportation and shopping areas."
Alternatives: "conveniently situated" or "ideally placed."
For local residents who have invested in cars as well as their homes, the chance to buy a well located, secure garage simply couldn't be missed".
