The phrase "a week has increased" is not correct in standard written English.
It may be intended to convey that something has increased over the course of a week, but the phrasing is awkward and unclear.
Example: "The number of participants in the study has increased over the past week."
Alternatives: "over the week, there has been an increase" or "in the past week, there has been a rise".
