The phrase "a weak broad" is grammatically correct and can be used in written English, though it may carry negative connotations.
It can be used in informal contexts to describe a woman perceived as lacking strength or assertiveness.
Example: "In the movie, the protagonist often dismissed her as just a weak broad, underestimating her true capabilities."
Alternatives: "a feeble woman" or "a timid lady".
