The phrase "a very large regional" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when describing something that is extensive or significant within a specific geographic area or context.
Example: "The company is planning to expand its operations in a very large regional market to increase its customer base."
Alternatives: "a vast regional" or "a significant regional".
