The phrase "a very continuous" is not standard in written English and may sound awkward.
It could be used in contexts where you are describing something that is ongoing or unbroken, but it is better to use more precise language.
Example: "The flow of the river was a very continuous stream, never pausing or slowing down."
Alternatives: "a constant flow" or "an uninterrupted process".
