The phrase "a unity of will" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe a collective agreement or shared determination among a group of people.
Example: "In times of crisis, it is essential for the community to demonstrate a unity of will to overcome challenges together."
Alternatives: "a shared resolve" or "a collective determination".
