The film, which stars Patrick O'Neal as a novice American operative caught up in a battle between master spies in Soviet Russia, has become the first release of a new company, Twilight Time, that will be issuing limited editions of frequently requested titles from 20th Century Fox, through Amazon and the company's Web site, screenarchives.com.
"Swamp Water" has been issued in a limited-edition Blu-ray by Twilight Time, a boutique label (sold through screenarchives.com) that mostly specializes in color films of the widescreen era licensed from Fox and Columbia.

Twilight Time has recently released it in a Blu-ray edition that includes both the 122-minute cut originally seen in American theaters and the 136-minute extended version that surfaced in 2005.
"Twilight Time" and "Only You" were, without a doubt, two of the best slow-dance songs of the 20th century.
Lang's most resonant treatment of the theme was perhaps his 1953 film noir "The Big Heat," which has now been issued as a superb, limited-edition Blu-ray by the boutique label Twilight Time (available through Screen Archives Entertainment, at screenarchives.com).
