The phrase "a treated sample" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in scientific or research contexts to refer to a sample that has undergone a specific treatment or process.
Example: "In our experiment, we compared the results of a treated sample with those of an untreated sample to assess the effectiveness of the new drug."
Alternatives: "an altered sample" or "a processed sample."
