The phrase "a total learning" is not commonly used in written English and may sound awkward.
It could be used in contexts discussing comprehensive or complete learning experiences, but it is not standard.
Example: "The course provided a total learning experience that transformed my understanding of the subject."
Alternatives: "a complete learning" or "an overall learning".
