The phrase "a too powerful" is not correct in standard written English.
It is incorrect because "too" is an adverb that modifies adjectives, and it should be used in a different structure, such as "too powerful" without the article "a."
Example: "The villain was too powerful for the hero to defeat."
Alternatives: "excessively powerful" or "overly powerful."
