The phrase "a telepathy" is not correct in written English.
The term "telepathy" is an uncountable noun and should not be preceded by an article like "a."
Example: "She claimed to have telepathy, allowing her to communicate with others without speaking."
Alternatives: "telepathic ability" or "telepathic communication."
