The phrase "a synthesis report" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a document that combines and summarizes information from various sources or studies on a particular topic.
Example: "The researchers presented a synthesis report that highlighted the key findings from multiple studies on climate change."
Alternatives: "a summary report" or "an integrative report".
