With the P/E CG2186 we obtained a strong level of tTA expression during cellularization, which started the expression of hid Ala 5 during the cellularization stage and led to complete pupal lethality of LL #68.
As a candidate gene hit by the associated SNP in our study, OsGRF3 was the only GRF gene that had strong level of expression in mesocotyls and coleoptiles.
