The phrase "a streamline of" is not correct in standard written English.
It may be an attempt to convey the idea of a streamlined process or flow, but it is not a commonly used expression.
Example: "We need to create a streamline of our workflow to improve efficiency."
Alternatives: "a flow of" or "a streamlined process of".
