The phrase "a stationary pattern" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe a design or arrangement that does not change or move over time.
Example: "The artist created a beautiful mural featuring a stationary pattern of geometric shapes that captivated the viewers."
Alternatives: "an unchanging design" or "a fixed arrangement".
