The phrase "a speed of will" is not a standard expression in written English and may be confusing to readers.
It could be used in a context discussing the determination or resolve of a person, but it is not commonly recognized.
Example: "With a speed of will, she completed the project ahead of the deadline, showcasing her dedication."
Alternatives: "a determination to act" or "a resolve to succeed".
