Whether in Beirut, Cairo, Dubai, Riyadh or even Gaza City, small technology firms are multiplying, creating a sort of "start-up spring".As with its political predecessor, nothing seems to stop the region's entrepreneurs not bureaucracy, not the fear of failure and not religion.
