The phrase "a social interdependence" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the mutual reliance or interconnectedness of individuals or groups within a social context.
Example: "In a community, a social interdependence is essential for fostering collaboration and support among its members."
Alternatives: "a social reliance" or "a communal interconnection".
If subsequently these questions reveal a social interdependence which differs from the task interdependence, then managers could ask the involved teams to collaboratively propose a set of recommendations that would bridge the gap between design and perception.
