The phrase "a small accuracy" is not commonly used in written English and may sound awkward.
It could be used in contexts where you want to refer to a minor degree of precision or correctness in a measurement or statement.
Example: "The experiment yielded a small accuracy in the results, which was not sufficient for our analysis."
Alternatives: "a slight accuracy" or "a minor accuracy".
