The phrase "a significant effect after" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the impact or outcome of an event or action that occurs following a specific point in time.
Example: "The study revealed a significant effect after the treatment was administered to the participants."
Alternatives: "a notable impact following" or "a considerable influence post".
