With a semi-physical simulation to verify the proposed method, the simulation results for stably running and orbital maneuvering spacecraft show that the switch-mode information fusion filter can reduce the complexity of the algorithm and ensure the accuracy of the estimation.
The Bligh and Dyer acidic method was followed as described above (" Bligh and Dyer's acidic extraction" section), with the exception that the initial extraction with chloroform and methanol was extended to 24 h by incubating samples in the dark at room temperature on an orbital shaker running at 300 rpm.
