This scoping review for patient/family engagement tools and guides is a good start for a resource inventory and can guide the content development of a patient engagement resource kit to be used by patients/families, healthcare providers and administrators.
The ultimate goal was to have an inventory of existing materials which would inform the contents for a patient engagement resource kit to be used by patients, providers and leaders in their efforts to successfully implement and evaluate patient engagement initiatives across AHS.
The TVs had a resource kit on healthy home environment and available community resources if they need to provide some relevant information to the patients.
