Although HM450 bead arrays have a lower relative representation of imprinted loci when compared to GoldenGate arrays (1.6% vs. 10.2% of all sites, respectively), we also observed an enrichment of these features in the list of differentially methylated sites (from 1.6%to2.3%3%, P value of Fisher's exact test = 0.028).
