The phrase "a related commentary" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a commentary that is connected or relevant to a particular topic or subject matter.
Example: "In addition to the article, the author provided a related commentary that offered further insights into the issue."
Alternatives: "an associated commentary" or "a pertinent commentary".
The complexity of the relationship between vision and cognition was discussed in a related commentary by Jennifer Evans, PhD, an assistant professor of epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
However, in a related commentary published in the same journal, Marion J.
