The phrase "a reconstructed model" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when referring to a model that has been rebuilt or modified based on previous versions or data.
Example: "The researchers presented a reconstructed model of the ancient city, showcasing its original layout and structures."
Alternatives: "a revised model" or "a restored model".
It should be noted that such a reconstructed model generally is of arbitrary scale and orientation.
