The phrase "a recipes" is not correct in written English.
The correct form would be "a recipe" when referring to a single recipe.
Example: "I found a recipe for chocolate chip cookies that I want to try."
Alternatives: "a dish" or "a cooking method".

When I was testing my vegan pho broth for a Recipes for Health series last spring I froze a few containers of the broth; I had forgotten how good it is.
