The phrase "a ratio significantly higher" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when comparing two or more ratios to indicate that one is much greater than the others.
Example: "The study found a ratio significantly higher in the treatment group compared to the control group."
Alternatives: "a markedly higher ratio" or "a considerably higher ratio".
