We abstracted sensitivity values from the literature by age group as a range of minimum to maximum values or as a point estimate with a 95% CI, depending on how the data were reported (Technical Appendix Table 1).
For each parameter included in the model, we used uniform probability distributions that covered a range of minimum to maximum values, from which the model randomly sampled 10,000 iterations (Technical Appendix).
