The phrase "a question to take" is not correct and does not convey a clear meaning in written English.
It may be intended to express the idea of a question that one should consider or address, but it lacks clarity.
Example: "I have a question to take into account before making a decision."
Alternatives: "a question to consider" or "a question to address".
One morning I sat in on the weekly meeting of eighth-grade English teachers at Davis and listened as they talked about teaching kids to restate a test question, to take coherent notes, to distinguish between a detail and the general statement it supported.
