This paper describes the TED Corpus Search Engine (TCSE), an online corpus system that searches transcripts and translations of over 1,800 TED Talks, allowing users to query surface text forms, lemmas, parts-of-speech, or their combinations.
In the present work, we perform a query, that search for each surface point considered, the nearest neighbour points by considering the distance between the points (represented by a radius).
The final ensemble of atom-specific, bagging ANNs could then predict the interface atoms of a given query protein surface.
New queries surfaced.
It detects structurally similar regions in a query protein by mapping structural similarity scores on its surface.
