To assess whether modelling based on dynamic 20 90 min p.i. data can be replaced by values obtained from shorter static scans, a simple quantification based on standardised uptake value ratios (SUVR = SUV60 90/SUVPRR,60 90) was carried out by comparison with DVR obtained from Logan reference tissue model.
