The phrase "a prospective view" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a viewpoint or perspective that anticipates future developments or outcomes.
Example: "In a prospective view, we can expect significant changes in the industry over the next decade."
Alternatives: "a forward-looking perspective" or "an anticipatory outlook".
