The phrase "a problem at analysis" is not correct in standard written English.
It would be more appropriate to say "a problem in the analysis" or "a problem with the analysis."
Example: "We encountered a problem in the analysis of the data that needs to be addressed before proceeding."
Alternatives: "an issue in the analysis" or "a challenge with the analysis."
