The phrase "a pristine copy" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe an item, typically a document or a piece of media, that is in perfect condition or has not been altered or damaged.
Example: "I found a pristine copy of the first edition of the book at the antique store."
Alternatives: "an immaculate copy" or "a flawless copy".
