The phrase "a possible case that" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a hypothetical situation or scenario that may occur or be considered.
Example: "There is a possible case that the new policy could lead to increased productivity among employees."
Alternatives: "a potential instance that" or "a conceivable situation that".
