The phrase "a possibility of knowledge" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the potential or likelihood of acquiring knowledge in a certain context.
Example: "In the realm of scientific inquiry, there is always a possibility of knowledge that can change our understanding of the universe."
Alternatives: "an opportunity for knowledge" or "a chance for understanding."
