The phrase "a positive internship" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe an internship experience that is beneficial, rewarding, or has a good atmosphere.
Example: "I had a positive internship at the marketing firm, where I learned valuable skills and made great connections."
Alternatives: "a beneficial internship" or "a rewarding internship."
