The phrase "a pleasurable event" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe an experience or occasion that brings enjoyment or satisfaction.
Example: "The concert was truly a pleasurable event, leaving everyone in high spirits."
Alternatives: "an enjoyable experience" or "a delightful occasion."
