The phrase "a plane view" is not correct in English; did you mean "a plain view"? You can use "a plain view" when describing a clear and unobstructed perspective of something.
Example: "From the top of the hill, we had a plain view of the entire valley below."
Alternatives: "a clear view" or "an unobstructed view."
