It can be used when discussing the composition or elements of a phylogenetic tree or analysis in biological or evolutionary contexts.
Example: "The study presented a phylogeny comprising various species of mammals, illustrating their evolutionary relationships."
Alternatives: "a phylogeny that includes" or "a phylogeny consisting of".
