The phrase "a person response" is not correct in English.
Did you mean "a personal response"? If this is the case, you can use it when referring to an individual's reaction or answer that reflects their personal feelings or opinions.
Example: "In her essay, she included a personal response to the themes presented in the novel."
Alternatives: "an individual response" or "a personal reply".
