We encourage future studies to test for different mediators, such as a perceived value fit (e.g. Chapman et al. 2005) in addition to anticipated organizational support when analysing the effects of FWPs on organizational attractiveness, and a perceived work-life conflict (e.g. Butts et al. 2013) in addition to perceived autonomy when analysing the effects of FWPs on organizational attachment.
