The phrase "a pattern of deviations" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing variations or anomalies in data, behavior, or trends.
Example: "The study revealed a pattern of deviations in the participants' responses, indicating a need for further investigation."
Alternatives: "a trend of discrepancies" or "a series of variations."
